AMERICA NEEDS WHISTLEBLOWERS,
AND WHISTLEBLOWERS NEED YOU!
Whistleblowers are the good guys! They shed light on government agencies that engage in waste, fraud, or abuse at the expense of taxpayers. By helping whistleblowers, we help ourselves.
Pending Legislation would restore the right of federal employees to be public servants, instead of bureaucrats. The bill amending the Whistleblower Protection Act will revive a good government law that has been functionally overturned by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. The court has a monopoly on WPA judicial review, and a relentless track record of hostile activism. In fact, as summaried by Senator Charles Grassley (R-IO), the law "has become a Trojan horse that may well be creating more reprisal victims than it protects. The impact of taxpayers could be to increase silent observers who passively conceal, fraud, waste and abuse. This is unacceptable!"
Your support can help make the difference in who wins. Now is the time to stand up and be counted by supporting this legislation. Please contact your elected officials ASAP and ask them to vote to help strengthen the Whistleblower Protection Act.
If you think you might be a Whistleblower...
